Does anyone have a list of Peds specialist salaries? Tried to google it but I'm having trouble...

What did you google? I tried 'peds subspecialist salary' and found this on the first page Doximity 2018 Physician Compensation Report

On the flip side, physicians working in pediatrics were among the lowest-paid in 2017. In fact, the four medical specialties with the lowest average annual compensation all dealt with pediatrics.

The 10 medical specialties with the lowest average annual salary in 2017 are:

  1. Pediatric infectious disease ($192K)
  2. Pediatric hematology and oncology ($209K)
  3. Pediatric endocrinology ($215K)
  4. Pediatrics ($222K)
  5. Preventive medicine ($232K)
  6. Medicine/Pediatrics ($232K)
  7. Family Medicine ($241K)
  8. Geriatrics ($245K)
  9. Medical Genetics ($247K)
  10. Pediatric Gastroenterology ($255K)

Someone just posted UNC's 2018 MGMA data on the med school subreddit if you're interested.

You will be the poor physician who is driving a Honda Civic with a small house of 2000 sqft that all the other physicians will be talking about in the hospital 😛

Peds subspecialists are hurt by 2 things -- 1) you are tied into academics for many jobs which lowers salary and 2) high medicaid population.

That being said, making 225-300k per year isn't bad at all if you like treating kids. Let's not get ridiculous people -- it's not like peds specialists are making only 100k a year.

I think it’s more like 150-200k unless it’s a somewhat higher billing specialty like cards ccm or gi. Pulm Id endo and renal all make peanuts!!

Peds anesthesia, Peds ortho, peds spine, peds cardiac surgery, peds surgery, peds ent, and peds urology are all well compensated.

Peds cardiac and spine surgeons often earn 7 figures.

Yeah but those aren't pediatric subspecialties either, meaning you don't end up there via pediatric residency.
