I don’t think invites have gone out yet for Alabama.
Programs I know that decide not to participate this year are Montreal Children’s and University of Connecticut.

There is a facebook group for this years' applicants and the creator of the group has a google doc with the dates interviews went out last year. Looks like some places even waited until mid Jan to send out invites. The suspense is agonizing!! Thanks everyone for keeping this up to date.
