For the sweet life of me trying to get above a 20 on BIO, can someone please teach me/show me a flow chart to determine what disease it is from a pedigree?

This Bio Teacher sums it down to 2 questions you need to ask each time you do a problem. It's worked for every problem I encountered so far. Hope it helps!
