I am starting my intern year with a month of Pediatric ER and wondered what you would recommend in terms of review books or pocket companions...

I think I would start with the Bible.

Get Tarascon's Pocket Pediatric EM book. Great book will fit nicely in your lab coat. Everything is in there....

If you are going into EM you might look into getting pepid if you have a PDA.
