don't devote 10 hours to peds, it's not worth it. Trust me. Read the FA section on peds and you should be set...keep in mind that a lot of peds questions are not "peds-specific" and may simply involve a kid with a problem that can affect any age. I would focus on common peds ID/viruses and surgical stuff (intussusception, gastroschisis, duodenal atresia, TE fstula, volvulus).
