Does anyone know of any good books/websites, etc. that would be useful in preparing for a peds neuro rotation?

Does anyone know of any good books/websites, etc. that would be useful in preparing for a peds neuro rotation?

I just finished a peds neuro elective. One of my profs reccomended "Clinical Pediatric Neurology - a signs and symptoms approach" (5th edition) by Gerald Fenichel, and I did find it very helpful as a reference. I did read some chapters straight through as well, although not the whole thing.
