Hey current residents,

I'm wondering what's the Peds EM equivalent of Rosen/Tintinalli/Harwood-Nuss. Is there a consensus on this?

I'm also wondering what pocket reference you guys carry with you while in the ED?

Thanks.

I carry in my labcoat the "Tarascon's PEdiatric Emergency Handbook." Same size as the pocket pharm and has all the nitty gritties I need.

And at home I'll read the basic stuff in Tintinalli's or just look up journal articles.
