Anyone have a good template for peer chart review? I’m being asked to do this by our health system, reviewing both physicians and NPs. Along with this, I assume it’s appropriate to make an interpretation of fluoro images relative to procedure notes (I think this is a sticking point for some in accepting this process).

I will see what I have. This endeavor sounds..... interesting. Let us know how it goes.

Hopefully this will be a positive thing for the group. The impetus was patients reviewing their own notes, which they now have access to online. As far as procedures, the dye don’t lie. I think too often we adhere to the pre-templated dictation.
