A friend of mine just saw a thread on other forum and was contemplating going to peninsula, queens new york, after having spoken to their chief residents and 4th year residents.

He was telling me that they have really improved their program with a brand new PD that is highly renowned. Can anyone provide info on this program and is it as bad as it has been said?

DO NOT GO TO THAT PROGRAM! There is nothing improved about it, it is crappy and should be closed. New program director that is renowned wants nothing to do with this program, as the matter of fact he considered closing it. Look for thread on Osteopathic medical student board - there are few posts by people other than me who experienced it.
