Quick question for ya. My dad is on penlac for some infected toenails but the directions say to use rubing alcohol once a week to take off the penlac so a fresh coat can be applied the following week. The problem is that it doesn't work for him. He uses the alcohol but the penlac doesn't come off. What other ways could he try to remove it?
