how long after your called to schedule your interview at penn did you get the confirmation/lunch order form? does it come by snail mail or email? merci beaucoup

I got my invite early september and only got my lunch thing a few days ago.

lunch thing? did that also come w/ confirmation? so, i am guessing they do not e-mail you anything, they snail mail everything?
