This is pretty much how I want to attack boards: review everything and then have a second pass at the really high yield stuff. However, I want to do systems based review. Has anyone adapted the plan to a systems based one?

Everyone pretty much uses a systems based review. FA is already set up for it.

Also, I don't see how this approach is called the Penn Method. From what I know about Penn, their method of making their students score high is by making them take the boards AFTER they've done all their core clerkships.
