I am an OOS applicant at UConn and have a scholarship to Penn. I can switch to in-state at uconn 2nd year. Bottom line, the price between the two is the same.

Which school would you choose and why? Which one has the better rep? I am interested in specializing. Thanks!

Assuming both were the same cost, I would have to lean towards Penn. They are both amazing schools with great opportunities, but in my mind Penn seems to have an edge over UConn as far as specializing goes. Note, this is completely subjective - its my personal preference lol. Can't go wrong with either IMO. Congrats!! 👍

My opinion is also very subjective and I would attend PENN if it cost is the same for you. and for the pretty much same reason as what Bereno listed lol.
