If you apply in July or August, what's the eraliest date that you could be informed that you are admitted in Upenn and Upitt?

if you a well qualified applicant and if they want you, you will be told as soon as few days after your interview. I am talking about Penn.............

Thanx for the replies guys, so as far as the fees for the summer program, do you have to pay that once you're accepted or can you wait till march or april ?
