Anyone ever call Penn to inquire about application status and told that they were rejected on the PHONE? Or do they usually just say "no decision has been made"?

If you tell them that you *need* to know because you're tyring to decide on whether to put a deposit down, I remember the woman there saying she'll tell you flat out or they'll bring your application up for review and decide on you.

But in some cases, no news can be good news....
