I am hoping someone can offer some insight into these two programs. Each is a formal program lasting about a calendar year. West Chester University is a state school that has a consort agreement with Temple for post-baccs. They also claim a 96% placement rate.
Penn State is a better-known school, but they do not have a consort agreement. Penn State School of Medicine does give a courtesy interview to students, but you still have to go through the glide year. The Penn State post-bacc claims a 65% placement rate.
Are placement rates accurate or do schools tend to skew them? What else should I look at besides class sizes to rate the two programs?
Any insight would be appreciated.
