Hi Guys:

I was hoping that someone can shed some light on the following question from the Penn supplemental:

What activities have you performed that demonstrate your ability to work effectively with people?

Is this question, do we include activities with peers, co-workers, etc. or with members of the general public, dental patients, etc. or BOTH?

I'd say all of the above. I put pretty much anything that shows how I have contributed to diverse groups of people. I think they just want to see that youre going to be able to contribute to the incoming class and not just be the loner evil genius with a 4.0 and 26 on the DAT.

Just remember to be concise though.

Exactly, a paragraph or two tops is what I put, you don't want to make it very long. Otherwise, it's a pretty straight forward question, you're just thinking too far into it.
