Rent is 600.00 for the entire available time/ per month (+ utilities), although if you would like to stay for a shorter amount of time, we could break this down into a more reasonable increment.
The house has a spacious kitchen and living room, 1 full and one half bath, a nice back deck, and parking space next to the house available at request, washer, dryer, dishwasher and waste disposal included. Central air. I would leave my fully furnished queen sized bed and desk for you to use. the room in question is the master bedroom and also has very spacious closets.
Within walking distance of the small animal hospital, across the street from a park and not far from the art museum and Schuylkill bike paths.
