Penn vs. Columbia

I was accepted to Penn and Columbia as well as my state school, Maryland. I also received an Army scholarship, so cost is not an issue. I think I will probably end up at Penn or Columbia, but am having the hardest time deciding. I realize that this is such an awesome position to be in, but any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
