For those of you that have received an interview... How soon after they notified you that they received your application did you get the invite?? Was it right after the package about the school came??

Any input would be great. I'm considering retaking the DAT and since I have to let the schools know... I wanted to know if I really don't have a shot with my current stats (and they are waiting to reject me in Dec.) or if they just take a while to go through the application.

I got a letter from them about 3 weeks after I submitted my application. Hope that helps! Good luck!

I got two packets of info from them. The first came after they had recieved everything, and the second came like a month later, and then a couple of days after that I got the invitation letter.

I received my interview invite a week after they received my secondary application.
The package about school came like a month before that, so I think they are pretty quick at reviewing the secondary. 🙂

UPenn was very sloooow for me though...My secondary app was sent out on June 6th and my overall application was completed before July! My first brochure was received on August 15th...BUT my invite was postmarked on Oct 8th and I didn't recieve it until Oct 11! (4 month wait!) But I am just glad I got my invite finally! good luck!

The package about school came like a month before that, so I think they are pretty quick at reviewing the secondary. 🙂

Please so many applicants here are talking about secondary application sent to the UPEN what is this secondary application ,I never knew that they have secondary documents to be sent.

Well the lady on the phone said that my file was under review and for some reason it seemed like the adcoms were looking at it *at that minute*...not so sure about the last part 'cause they still haven't given me a yay or nay.. anyway if you're wondering if you're complete or if they're still looking at you before getting any mail from them, they'll let you know.

The secondary Application is online and you need to send it with your check and fee card.
