Percent Dissociation

How do you calculate the % dissocation of HF (ka = 3.5 x 10-4) in 0.50 M HF? I can't get the right answer (it's 2.6 %)! I think I'm getting screwed over by exponents. 🙁

Yea I know, but I can't get 2.6%. I'm trying to figure out what I did wrong.

In akarat's calculations, replace .05 with .5....
