Percentage to GPA conversion?

Can anyone provide me with the table used by AMCAS to convert percentages to GPAs? My University releases our grades as real percentages and does not use the GPA scale...

Actually, all I need to know is what a 90-100, 85-90 and 80-85 is worth. I think I can calculate the GPA after that.
