If at the lowest point of its arc Mass M has a velocity of ten meters per second, then at how many points in time during the period of one complete cycle does the pendulum have a speed of five meters per second?

Hey guys I just want confirmation if my reasoning on this question is correct. Is it C because if you begin from the left for example and the pendulum travels to the right, during that one cycle there are 2 instances where the pendulum travels 5 m/s and coming back from right to left, there are another 2 instances where the pendulum will travel 5 m/s and thus there are 4 points in time in one period? Just wanted to make sure since I originally thought it would be 2.
