I saw this job ad recently and i was shocked. 500 for daily? that is lower than general dentist.
How much do periodontist make in general? what is their daily minimum or % of production?

like most of dentistry, you will likely get screwed over in one way or another when getting a job. Become a practice owner as soon as you can, the income numbers are literally multiples of associate positions in all of dentistry and perio as well of course.

^ we need more people going into PP to keep this profession flourishing; can't let the DSOs win! Lol, but seriously it's true. PSA: Don't let people tell you you can't go into pp because you have a lot of loans, or because xyzlmnop. The majority of the time people discourage others going into pp for whatever reason is because they themselves will benefit from you being an associate. Yes, you can start your own practice if you're interested. I listen to the podcast Shared Practices and I highly recommend it. It'd be cool if sdn mods make a sticky thread discussing this and why pp is the way to go for those who are interested
