On one of the school's secondaries, it says:

Please upload a photocopy of all sides of your INS Documentation

Is this referring to my green card? thanks!

I would assume so. It does not hurt to call the school and ask. Considering that INS has not been known as USCIS for almost ten years, I would say that even your green card is pushing the envelope of their immigration documentation competency. 😉

Your school's secondary is pretty out-of-date; the INS hasn't existed for ten years. It was folded into the Department of Homeland Security back in 2003.
