permanent resident and citizen

I am not yet an american citizen but i am a permanet resident. when dental school try to accept students, do they have some specific position for resident? do u think a citizen who have the same thing (like same gpa and dat, same extra-activties) will have more advantage than a permanet resident when they apply for dental school? biology 1 is Molecular & Cellular Biology(i got B) and biology 2 is Cellular and Organ Physiology(i got c). and biology150 living world(c). the first two are requirments for dental school. also i am going to take other biology classes which are the same level as the two biology classes in this coming fall. i will take anatomy and physiology.like if i do well in this class. can i show the dental school that i can improve my biology? i heard that if a person get low gpa, but high dat score, it's very hard for the dental committe to skip his application, is it true?

I dont think so..

Permanent resident = citizen... >>> International students

That's right. The only crucial diffference is that you're not entitled to vote, which is minimally related to the selection factors.
