I'm just looking to see how I stand in regards to gaining admission into any of the programs that I'm applying to this week: Goucher, Georgetown, JHU, Temple, NYU
I am a senior at UMD with majoring in Finance, my gpa is 3.6, and my Sgpa is a 3.6-3.7 (only taken bio1 and calc 1). I am graduating this May, and have an internship with Merrill Lynch currently, which I can extend into a full time position if I really wanted to (not interested). I do have extensive volunteer experience (not health related), and a decent number of hours in a health related setting from high school when I used to volunteer every week. My family hails from a health related background, so I do have their support etc... Overall, my letter of recommendations should be pretty good: ranging from some of my professors to past internship employers (ML and a congressman). I know its pretty late in the game, and that the deadlines are march 1st. Considering that these programs feature rolling admissions, is there any chance for me to get into any of them?
