Personal stament tips?

Hey everyone.

I'm currently working on my application to NYU (due October 1st for our program), and I'm a little worried about my personal statement. It's not that I don't have a lot to write-- I've written plenty. But I don't know what I should/should not include, or even how long it should be. Tips anyone? Is there some place I can read other people's personal statements to get a basic idea of what it should look like?
