I want to write a personal statement on how I have been able to interact with different minority patients in a healthcare setting + my experiences as a diversity commisioner/mentor for minority students. Overall, I want to integrate this with my biracial background which has influenced my desire to pursue an area of healthcare dealing with underserved communities. Any ideas on how I could frame or outline a statement on this?
