Can I "submit" or "certify" my application without a personal statement??? I just need a little more time for editing.

how exactly do you do this? I certified my CAF and was ready to send it off, but I see that "select documents to send to programs" precedes "submit application to programs" . . . ?

You can send your CAF in without any letter of recs or PS. Just make sure all of your application is complete and click submit application.

you can add letters and PS as they come available.
