Hey,

I have written my personal statement and it is about 1,500 words.

Most schools want 500 words.

If I can shorten it to 1,000 words that will be amazing. Yet still, has anyone had experience with submitting a personal statement that is over the guidelines indicated??

Edit it down to 500 words. i had the same problem but the key is to make every sentence CONCISE and leave out anything that is already implied or doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things, if you want to email me yours i can tell you what to leave out thats not important or needed.
