I have written my PS but I did not mention my positive GPA trend because I thought admissions could figure that out for themselves...but now I'm reading how a lot of people DID mention their positive GPA trend in theirs. Should I? My cGPA for each year of my 4 year undergrad degree was: 3.15, 3.16, 3.51, 3.72.

Good question because I have read contradicting statements in regards to this. Some some yes but I have read even more that say don't write about your GPA in the statement. Any "pros" care to clarify?

I don't think you need to. Your PS should have a personal touch that exemplifies your personality. Any ADCOM will be able to look at your transcripts and see your positive trend 🙂

I mentioned mine briefly, but only because it was part of my personal story that I wanted to tell. They do say you should address anything you feel is a weakness, so I did.

I have a similar trend as yours, started with a 3.16, ended with a 3.77
