*Personal statement question*

Hey guys,
So I just finished my personal statement and copied it into the application, but I have a few questions:
1) The application doesnt allow me to indent, is it acceptable to not indent and just space the paragraphs with a blank line? Is there a way to indent that I'm just missing?
2) It says the personal statement is limited to 4500 characters. Mine is exactly 4500 characters, including spaces. Would indenting put it over-characters? And if that happens, would the essay be cut off by a word or so?

You can not indent. The best you can do is space your paragraphs, which requires characters to do.
