Personal Statement Readers?

Hello,

I have my personal statement written up and this is the last thing I need done before I can submit my application. Wanted to see if anyone who has gotten in or just wants to be nice would give it a read and give me some advice.

P.S. This was my personal statement from last year (re-applicant) with just a little tweaks to it. I have a job in the dental field starting in mid august and don't know if I should talk about it.

From what I've seen on SDN, people seem to recommend writing a new personal statement for re-applicants and not just tweaking the old one.
