Having the same reason to go into health care as a lot of other applicants doesn't make it unoriginal, just as long as you can explain why you want it through your own experiences and incorporate your activities to prove that you want it.
What was it that made you think that medicine was for you? Did you have any experiences with family, friends, etc. that introduced you to hospitals, physicians, etc.?
If you truly enjoy helping people, what have you done that shows this? Is there a reason you feel this need to help others?
If you want to pursue a career in research as well, what have you done that shows you actually enjoy research? Have you participated in any research projects?
Don't just simply state that you want to help people, or that you want to do research because you like science. That is unoriginal and does not give the reader any insight on who you are and what you have done to show you are truly motivated to go into medicine.
Even if the "why" is the same, you make it original by using your own experiences, because only you have lived it.
