That sentence made zero sense.
If you mean that you want to write about doing psychiatry in your personal statement, you can mention your interest in a current field, but you should not base your entire personal statement around one specialty. You can have an interest in certain specialties, but you also need to demonstrate that you are open minded to other things. You're not going to medical school to be a psychiatrist, you're going to medical school to be a physician, and your interests might change as you experience different specialties.
