So i am starting to write my personal statement for this application and cycle, but i don't know where to start. I mean the main question is why do you want to become a doctor but i dont know how i should introduce this topic in my personal statement.

My best advise would be to find a theme that is unique to you (i.e. why you want to be a physician) and tie you experiences to that theme. Tbh I didn't actually write about "why I wanted to become a physician", but rather wrote about the traits I admired/observed in physicians I worked with, and how I garnered similar traits through a few of my experiences. The key thing you want to do is NOT repeat your application/CV--make your personal statement show a side of you that cannot be shown on paper. Feel free to reflect on your experiences/things in your CV, but don't just repeat everything verbatim

If you have absolutely no idea where to begin, just start letting your ideas flow onto paper for now, you might be able to brainstorm a trail of thoughts that mesh well with your strengths.

The best suggestion I can give you is utilizing a notepad app on your phone. Every time you get hit with an idea or something mentions something that strikes home, you can write it down for later.

Another suggestion is if your are currently shadowing. Try to imagine yourself in this role. Why do you think following this career would help your happiness? Why do you want to subject yourself to potentially 11+ years of schooling?

I completely agree. My first draft I did this and.. It was embarrassingly bad. I died a little inside reading it over when I was finished because it was so terrible. BUT, it got me started and gave me some ideas.

You just have to let everything spew out of your head in a convoluted mess on your first draft. Don't even worry about character count or anything like that. Then step away from it for a solid day or so and go back to read it and pick out some good ideas to expand upon. Repeat this process until you're just refining minor details and such between drafts.

Read drafts online and watch some "how to" videos for inspiration and advice if you're having serious trouble. There's lots of good stuff out there to help get you started.
