I applied last cycle and didn't make it so I was thinking about submitting the same personal statement. Do you guys think I should write another one or Is't okay to submit the same statement.

Generally because your personal statement reflects your personality, experiences and so forth the gist of it doesn't change. However, you might consider updating it with what you've done throughout the year that you were accepted. THis way it shows them that you continue to be adament about your dream to become a dentist.
