The Admissions Committee members who read your essay are looking for individuals who are motivated, academically prepared, articulate, socially conscious, and knowledgeable about the profession. Write about your experiences and any qualities that will make you stand out.

There really isn't a set "Topic" other than you for your personal statement. Its just a chance to tell the committee stuff that they can't see on your regular application. Make sure to include why you wanted to become a dentist and tell a couple stories or something about why you would be a good dentist.
