There is sentence in my personal statement that I am ambivalent about because I just dont want to sound too corny...And this sentence sound like a cliche that most people would put in their personal statement. I just wanna know if someone can give a better subtle way to put it. Can I PM anyone so they can give me an idea on how to put it?
 
I can try to help you if you would like. As a general rule, I would avoid corny/cliche. You want to show that you have a realistic idea of what you are trying to subject yourself to and avoid seeming like an idealist who wants to be a doctor "because I just like people so much."
