Personal Stmt. Transcript ??

Hi there, waht is the quota on the personal stmt? isnt it 850 words and 1000 Characters? I could be wrong, thats why im askin..

Also, I am goign to submit my transcripts to AADsas, is it better just to send it direct to the schools? Also my GPA (science) may be higher after summer school ends in Jun, should i send another transcript (updated) through aadsas, or should I send the offical new transcript directly to the schools?

i believe that aadsas takes the number of characters and divide it by 6 and that has to equal 1000. they just averaged 6 letters per word.
