It's probably a pathologist who secretly believes the pathology market is actually doing quite well, and so to divert attention he/she is pretending do be a radiologist there and stir up some shizzle so he/she can come back here and gloat and say "see, sounds like one of our typical pathology threads." 😀

If it was truly a troll pathologist thread it would have mentioned 1) pathology as a comparison and 2) I-Banking. Because I-Banking is always mentioned.
