I was going to try and put it a nicer way but pretty much this.

Yeah I tend to not put my name in documents that are futile and also look like an example of bad writing/grammar that they would show in a high school English class.

Also it petitions the wrong thing. Grade replacement is gone and is not coming back. There should be a petition asking for at least another year before the implementation of the new policy, that has a better chance of gaining some traction.

Everybody won't have a perfect college career. Many people start college and fail college. Thats exactly what happened to me. I started at a local community college.
