Unexpected PGY 3 position available July 1, 2011. Interested candidates must have successfully completed 24 months (PGY 1 & 2) training in an ACGME accredited OBGYN residency program. Candidates should provide a copy of a completed ERAS application, including an updated CV, USMLE transcripts (steps 1, 2 and 3, if available), medical school transcripts, Deans letter and at least three letters of recommendation. You will need a letter from the program director that includes verification that you have finished or will finish the PGY 2 year in good standing, rotations you have completed with dates and rotation specific evaluations, and a summative competency-based performance evaluation. You will also need to provide a cover letter explaining your desire to leave your current residency training program or description of your transition history, a current ACGME Op-Log report along with your CREOG score will be required. Upon acceptance, you will need a letter of good standing from the Program Director which is based upon the six core competencies that have been set forth by ACGME.
