I'm particularly interested in the pharm on Step 1. I've got less than 2 weeks and don't feel particularly strong in pharmacology. About how many questions directly deal with pharm? 😕

I've heard CNS, ANS, cards drugs are big. Will they pull out a rando tricyclic, or stick to a well-known one? Is it more MOA or side-effects?

I'm ridiculously scared of pharm. I know enough to get lucky on some, but there is a ton i don't know. :scared:

I'm in the same boat, I feel that pharm is going to a struggle no matter what I do, Any tips on what worked for other would be greatly appreciated! I pray to the SDN Gods, do not forsake me

I get the impression there are generally less than 15 TOTAL pharm questions on most people's tests? Is that right? Out of like 350 questions, that little pharm? Or am I wrong about the splits.

(Yes i know it varies per test, but GENERALLY)

I can't answer much regarding Step 1 itself, but I am currently in pharm and find that Lippincott's illustrated review is a great book for studying pharm. I particularly like the illustrations and font in the book. Perhaps you should look through it along with FA to refresh your memory?

I have that book too to read alongside my Pharm class I'm taking now. Great explanations, pictures, and layouts. I think it might be too long/thorough for 2 weeks though. Maybe for only 2 weeks left, you need to cram, just memorize drugs and their actions on FA, but also read through the ANS stuff and make sure you really understand that.
