It says to attach a passport (2x2) photo. Do I have to get an official passport photo or can I just take it myself and make sure that it's 2x2. Also, what's the photo for? Do they use it/put it on your license or something?

As long as the background is a solid white background you should be fine to take it yourself. In the state of Florida our licenses don't include a picture so can't answer for your state on that one.

I just called and asked. They want a 2x2 photo of your face on a glossy picture paper. You can take it yourself but it must be on that specific type of paper.

also, one of the qualifying methods listed under the pharm tech application is: attached is a certified copy of PTCB cetificate- Date Certified: ____.

Is the date certified referring to when I was certified by the PTCB or when I got the copy certified?
