Is it a good idea to study Psychology as an undergrad (while doing Pharm pre-reqs on the side) and then apply to Pharmacy school? Would it be harder to get in? Would it be easier to get in if the Pharmacy sch you apply to is the same as the sch where you did your Psych undergrad?

It's not a bad idea. Plenty of people have done psych to pharm. Just make sure you get your ECs and LORs nailed and it rarely matters where you start.
