To all the Killers of the Step,

So, my question is, do you guys really think there is anything weak in First aid for anything? I know pox said the antineoplastics was a tad on the weak side.
Or is FA really all I need to know and I'll get 95% of the Q's right?

The section on immunosuppressants seemed a little rudimentary to me; I've heard this from others as well. Thoughts anyone?

Also, in my 2005 edition I believe the stated mechanism of dactinomycin (p. 331) is incorrect.
