Pharmacist License Transfer fee to California?

What is license transfer fee to California if licensed in another state. I heard that it $0. However, it much clear that becoming licensed in California by Naplex Score Transfer within 90 days of passing is APPLICATION FEE $260:

However, what about License Transfer if Score Transfer option is not available.
I did not see any information , form , application on California Board of Pharmacy website for Reciprocity or License Transfer.

I believe the cost is based on the state sending the score, not CA.

If you submitted the score transfer request + fee but did not complete all the paper work necessary for the California licensure application within 90 days of passing the NAPLEX, is that score transfer request still valid?
