I recommend the "Calculator and your brain" program, it always gets the job done for me. And it's cheap.

I use Clinicalpharmacology for PDA. It has a lot of the calculators needed. Costs a fair chunk of change, though...

"Calculator for the brain"'s a good recommendation, as well.
